At Careers Beyond Borders, we value trust and fairness. Our refund policy applies only to courses offered directly by us.
If you enroll in one of our courses and feel that the teaching style, delivery, or assigned teacher is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment.
This policy is designed to give students confidence while joining our programs.
To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 7 calendar days of registration or payment, it must be sent directly to our official WhatsApp or support contact, and it should clearly mention the student’s name, course name, and reason for withdrawal.
This refund policy does not apply to consultations, document services, application handling, job support services, licensing support services, admission processing services, customized one to one service work, or any third party official fees paid to authorities, universities, exam bodies, or external platforms.
Once work has started on such services, the payment is non refundable unless we decide otherwise in an exceptional case.
Approved refunds are normally processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method used. Any transaction charges or transfer deductions applied by payment providers may be deducted where applicable.
